How We Classify Our Inventory

Tier 1+ (Brand New)

Our 1+ vans are brand new with a showroom-sharp finish. While we don't always carry new trucks in our immediate inventory, we can seamlessly connect you with our network of factory-authorized dealers. We will deliver exactly what you need straight to your terminal, fully ready to run routes.

Tier 1 (Premium Used)

Tier-One trucks are the highest-grade used vehicles we offer. They run great and look great. Optic Truck Works handles all upfront mechanical and body repairs over $500. Of course, they are working FedEx trucks, so you might find some dust on the shelves or a few minor dings. However, these trucks receive our absolute highest level of refurbishment.

Tier 2 (Proven Value Used)

Tier-Two trucks are mechanically sound but show their mileage and age a bit more than our Tier-One inventory. To ensure total mechanical reliability, these trucks frequently receive new engines, fresh transmissions, and targeted bodywork before they leave our lot.

Tier 3 (As-Is / Where-Is)

Tier-Three trucks are strictly as-is sales. Before we list them, they still go through our rigorous multi-point inspection so you know exactly what you are buying. No hidden surprises, just pure transparency. We do our absolute best to disclose every single issue, though these are bought without a guarantee. We rarely offer Tier-Three trucks for a simple reason: we like to stand behind what we sell.
